So, I thought I better post this information even though it is late. We thought that Corel Painter 2015 was pretty great. However, I have had several folks ask me about it in the last two days. By the time I realized something was amiss, it had been weeks, so I thought all of you would know what to do by now. Since I was at my sister’s when all this happened, I didn’t pay any attention. The guys at Corel developed a solution and published it in the Corel Painter Knowledge Base in an article called Painter Users with. If you installed the update and you tried to open Painter, it simply would not open or you got an error messages telling you that you needed to reinstall Painter, which wouldn’t work either. If you are like me, you have your system set to automatically download and install Windows Updates.
This came automatically with a Windows update. Microsoft had an update of its NET Framework software. Sometime last month I believe I am not exactly sure.
